I have changed ALL but 9 (for parts/no returns listings) of my listings to match up with the 30 day return criteria to "qualify for top rated plus." I already met the other criteria. However, after literally changing the listings 6 times...I give up...On my seller hub, it STILL reads that to "Qualify for Top Rated Plus;" I have to alter 190 listings. Again, I did that 6 times...and I know that, in time; this alleged lacking of meeting "top rated plus" criteria will cost me in fees and lacking discounts. So, what can Ebay do to fix stuff like this? I love selling here, buying too but the site has become rather bulky and has a nearly 2006 feel to it navigation-wise. Instead of tageting us with various stuff or giving our stores hints that honestly (generally) fail to in any manner be helpful; how about streamlining the site, get it primo...and LEAVE IT ALONE after that. Give the tech guys other duties elsewhere...Maybe have them figure a way to enhance customer service or something. The bulk of the alterations really don't help all that much. I was selling more well prior to these "helpful" additions to the community. Thanks for reading. Thank you Ebay for everything good y'all do but, for real; can you guys start reading and considering our points of view?

Hi!
Did you choose the 30 Day FREE Returns (Seller pays return shipping)?
Only the 30 Day FREE Returns and 60 Day FREE Returns will get your Top Rated Seller+ Badge to show on the listings. You must choose Seller pays return shipping for your listings.
Listings with 30 Day or 60 Day Returns (Buyer pays) will not show your badge. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Are you aware that the requirement is 30-day FREE returns?
