"Print postage label" button not working

I chose eBay Shutl Delivery 2-3 days as my delivery option, when I go to click the "Print postage label" button next to my sold items the link is dead and always leads to a non-loading page. I have tried the link in Chrome, Firefox and Chrome for Android, and nothing works. How can I resolve this? I have paid eBay for delivery services and currently they are not providing them.

Hi @dan94owen, we've resolved the technical issue we were having earlier today that prevented labels from being printed. You should be able to get these printed now without a problem. We apologize for the trouble and are here if you have any other questions!

I've had that problem for the past week or so.  When I click to print a shipping label, I get a blank page.  I try refreshing it many time, but it never works.  And I've tried a couple different browsers, but it still doesn't work.

HOWEVER... that only happens on my desktop computer with Windows Vista.  When I use my laptop that has Windows 8, the postage page loads up as usual.

So whatever changes eBay made to that page in the past week or so, they've caused it to no longer work with older operating systems.
