"New with defect" not displayed in options - But still there in results

There are many items (clothing) "new with defects" in the search results, but when I try to remove them using the options on the left, I get only 2 options: used and new.

This is not good.

Is it a glitch?

Since when I cannot clear these items...?

I found this in the pop up in Men's slacks under features,  seemed to work. Only problem is the seller not selecting the correct condition when listing.
