Message don’t work

I am new member on eBay , new members on eBay can’t send message to anyone , I need answer why ? .. when I try to send it ebay says: it has been sent successfully , but in real , reciver can’t see my message , reciver didn’t deliver my messages

Who are you trying to send a message to?  And what are you asking them?

If it says it's been sent successfully, what makes you think it wasn't delivered?

I have the same problem: it says message sent but it is not in the sent folder, and a copy is not sent to my email. Even a message to eBay support is not sent.
