My late shipment rated quadrupled (still not a threat to my rating thankfully) because for the October 2019 evaluation it is pulling an entire year instead of 3 months. Please tell me this isnt the new way to track that customer service metric and instead this is just another glitch.

I found my own answer. I had a **bleep** august so my sales for the last 3 months dropped below 400 (395 to be exact) so they look at 12 months not 3. that is not awesome.
