"Create a Copy" function in drafts not working

For 2 weeks I have not been able to create a copy in drafts, each time get the infernal message "oops something went wrong, please try again". I rely on this function for a lot of my listings, I have spoken in live chat with Ebay on two occasions now, each time advised that they are working on it and give them 24 hours, but it has been two weeks and still not working this evening - anyone else have this issue and been told anything different? Bugging me more than coronavirus!

I had an issues yesterday with drafts that I had to call in about. Some of my drafts was showing up on my phone but not desk top and some one desktop but not app. Almost everything on ebay has been a pain for the past month.

I often use SELL SIMILAR from my Active Listings.  Once they are in Drafts, I make my changes, and often use the Create a Copy as well.  All has worked for me this past week.

Yes I have this same problem for last few weeks.

I have discovered that if the original ad you are copying from  is less than 30 days old, it works ok -- older than 30 days and I get those ugly messages too.
