postage labels. error creating label.

Hi There,

Started today with error message error creating label happening now and again. Then now can't get any out at all just continuous "error creating label"

Can anyone advise if this is an external issue at present?

I'm having the same issue - it tool me 10-20 attempts per label this morning. Probably another badly tested weekend release I would imagine.

Ebay, please can you look into this one asap as its going to impact a lot of users

Have managed to get one out of Paypal, having had the problem all morning. Am crossing my fingers I can get more labels out!

Same problem for me. Driving me crazy. I have a lot of parcels to send and have spent an hour trying to generate the labels to no avail. This has been a problem popping up every now and again for months. I even get errors trying to do it via Paypal. Hoping for a fix ASAP.
