Sale Event/Markdown not working?

Anyone else having issues creating a sale event/markdown?  I'm able to create the event..add listings, creat rules, launch, etc.....but no items are actually added to the sale & the markdown isn't showing up.

If you read the last seller update.  The only way sales/markdown will work is if the item has been listed for more than 14 days.  You can not markdown newly listed items.

I started a discussion on this topic just yesterday after creating 5 Sales with hundreds of items and when active, each showed zero items. 99% of the items have been listed for months and are not "new" listings. Trinton of eBay weighed in and we're still awaiting more responses from him.

Same issues here. Items that have been listed for more than 14 days with no edits are not getting included in any promotions. They're all showing Skipped: Price.

If you have sales going on now, you can extend the date on them. Other than that, I don't have any ideas.

It looks like that's how it's going to be from here on out.

I have tried several times yesterday and today to do markdowns on ~15 or so items, none have taken

this is one of their dumber updates.  At least its not as bad as the sand they kicked into our eyes trying to force the free returns.
The problem with this update is that all listings renew every 30 days, so you only have 16 days every 30 that you can use markdown manager. Also if you do any editing at all, tack on another 14 days.  So if you did any bulk revisions in the last month, you can't markdown anything, no matter if you've been trying to sell it for 3 years.

I did a bulk edit yesterday because NONE of my listings were showing up on the site after returning from vacation.   I put my store on VACATION MODE because I did not want to get dinged in the detailed ratings for TRS

I took the store off vacation mode nothing was showing up...

I went on one of these boards and someone mentioned doing a bulk edit would make the listings appear....which it did

But now I can't use markdown manager

I have the same issue... Now my store will just stay with no sales because of this ridiculous ebay issue...

I was told today (07/02/18) by eBay support that there are three 14-day requirements now as follows...

1). Item must be listed for 14 or more days, AND...

2). Item has had no change in price for 14 or more days, AND...

3). Item was not on sale for 14 or more days.

This eliminates ALL of my 79 items and I can't have a sale for 2 more weeks!?! I normally run a sale for 2~5 days every week or 10-days. I'm likely quitting eBay because of this, it's just the last straw.
