not letting me accept offers

I am trying to accept an offer but its saying that theres an error. Its happening on all of my devices and browsers and I've restarted my devices multiple times.

Been dealing with this almost daily for 3 months, ebay no longer cares about any of the daily site issues. Feels like they have just given up.

That has happened to me before, many months ago, so I took off the OBO function.

I just recently added it to most of my listings. I did not know that the problem was still occurring or has reappeared. 

What I had to do as a work around was to be online at the same time as the buyer, end the listing, then relist at the agreed upon price and the buyer used BIN to purchase the item. That's a pita, but it worked.

Couple of things, you don't have offers turned on and that offer could be coming from a country you don't ship to.
