not getting payment cleared OK to ship notices from ebay

I have a good buyer who has all payments reviewed with paypal,he paid me on the 10th of Novemeber and it still shows as not cleard yet with ebay,in paypal it shows OK to ship.ebay is supposed to let me know when to ship

what gives ebay,fix this broken down sorry system

You should double check with PayPal make sure the payment has cleared. The only payment that would not clear right away would be a e-check. Then is payment has cleared on eBay's end purchase the label and ship. If need be mark as shipped and payment received. Then call eBay and report the issue. Have you checked this with different browsers or devices?
