Missing Top Rated seller badge

The Top rated Seller badge is missing for my auctions. It doesn't show up in search or my auctions. It only shows up on my feedback page. Any ideas on what to do. I've lost all the advantages of being a Top Rated Seller. Thanks.

looks like they are only showing Top Rated Plus on the listing and on search results........

The original basic "Top Rated Seller" badge was retired many years ago when eBay introduced TR-Plus.  Currently in order to show the TR-Plus badge, a listing must offer free 30-day returns; I checked one of your listings and it says "Buyer pays return shipping." So that's what you must change in order to show the badge.
