my purchase history page is a mess. All the pictures are gone. I need it back the way it was

I figured it was a wide spread issue, looked here and confirmed that is the case.  Mine is not showing all pictures or item numbers, lots of blank boxes which are "items" but no information about what they are at all.  I reported it - ha!  lotsa luck with that!

Same here.  I think Ebay must be updating their software, or adding yet ANOTHER USELESS feature that doesn't work.  

I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD JUST LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE.

Hey, same with me.  Makes it hard to track my purchases.  Only on ebay can this happen with regularity. Every spring, they try to change things that work, and end up screwing things up.  Ebay needs to leave things alone.  So frustrating.  I hope they fix it soon.

What ebay-freak thought it's a good idea to mess this up before testing?

No tracking, no pictures in the old version and 

only 1 out of 10 items even shows up in the new version.

Cleaning or eating a lot of cookies doesn't help either and the customer service is a mess too. 

Good job ebay, you really ebay-ed it again!

another unpleasant surprise.  I love how ebay says technical issues will "happen from time to time".    Do they really listen to the users?  Do they really believe in their "improvements"?  Like others on the boards, I do wish they would simply leave things alone.  I can't stress enough that I prefer stability over changes and 'enhancements".  Stop it ebay!

Looks like I have the same problem with the old and new history pages. I came here to the boards since I figured it was another eBay glitch, and it's not even Friday yet!

I am sure the upcoming transition from pay pal to adyen will go just like everything else around here does....... thats a very scary thought.

same here.  wonder if it has anything to do with the "New Purchase History Page" they are advertising...? (which--spoiler alert--is much worse than the old purchase history page.)

Mine is the same way nothing but boxes no pictures details shipping info nothing and view details links lead to totally different orders with different prices.
