Hello!

I have a problem. I'm new with this and I want to buy some things, but I can't and every time I try it say I need to update my information. I try to see where is the problem , but I don't find it. I have pay pal account and I link it.  I check all of my info in eBay and pay pal all is correct and valid and the card to .When I try trough my phone it say ( Update your information- in order to proceed, pleas provide additional details about yourself). But when i try trough my computer, when I click buy now just load and nothing, blank page, ask me to reload again (This site can’t be reached arribada.ebay.com took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT) .Pleas can you help me.
