Maybe someone here can solve these, have reported to Ebay from April 7, 2021. Was provided a ticket number, called again today, they still "working on the issues."
- have a ghost message pending for over two weeks, though all my messages have been read and answered, still shows a message as pending being answered.
- buyers offers getting rejected by system before I even get to see the offers. Note, my minimum is below what the buyers offered.
- unable to edit any pictures, only option is to Crop and rotate.
- the button to automatically update an item amount in the Active field does not work; sends you to a page on Ebay stating 'it is our error, will be fixed soon'; had this now for over a week, so I have to update all the price changes manually.
Anyone have these issues and able to solve? Thank you
