Do you mean the links to the page numbers in the snippet below are advancing to the next page? If not, could you post a snippet of what exactly you're doing that doesn't work?

Which browser are you using?
Which eBay platform are you using?
When was the last time you cleared your cache?
Have you tried deleting your eBay cookies?
Your post really doesn't give much to go on in terms of helping to resolve your problem . . .
Here's what my Purchase History page looks like on a Windows 10 machine, with a Chrome browser, on the desktop platform. The page links are working for me.
