I finally got it had to keep trying thru out the day. Have had the same issue trying to buy items and going to pay with pay pal and it keeps saying pick a payment form (when I have pay pal filled in)- same thing try try try again during the day and eventually goes in. I expect if others are finding these issues they just go to another site to buy....I know my husband decided to just go to a store in town instead of buying because of that very issue. I told him just keep trying and eventually.....but some won't wait and we lose customers so I wish ebay would get its programming together.
