If you are using Chrome and getting a site security warning after signing in, try another browser such as Firefox.

Check your buyer requirements activity log -- some users may be blocked by your settings; otherwise the problem may be on the user end.

If you are getting a message that something is wrong with your payment method, try another. Check to see if the seller is new to selling or located in another country; they may not be set up to receive your payment.

If everything is working like it should we shouldn't have to use another browser. Which would mean downloading, installing and setting up another browser that we didn't want in the first place.

@rubiano98

Of course. If everything is working fine, there is no need to try another browser.

Typically an error message means something is not working as it should.

In the case of an "insecure site" error, given the choice between ignoring the error or trying another browser, I would recommend trying another browser.
