Yeah, same irritating crap happens to me too. Seems sometimes when you take too long to complete the listing, leaving it open for too long... it won't let you list when you hit the list button.. just flashes quickly. Then when trying to save as draft it spins forever. Go to your Draft page and it will be there (most times) and list it from there. TOTAL PITA!!
Yet another flaw that ebay won't address, but they find ways to keep us busy with their nonsensical demands.
