Hi   ...to list in bulk ~ re list up to 200  is not a problem 

To list one item or 'sell similar'  .. half the time it greys out and then the Home Page is down oftentimes making it impossible to even get onto the Ebay Site 

Is anyone else going through this, and why is not possible to speak to an Advisor  - ever ?

In my 19 years with Ebay as a seller, I ve never encountered anything like this .

I have been having the same issue the last 2 days as well and it is driving me nutts. I thought it was my VPN or the web browser and it it very hit and miss. They need to fix this as this is causing sellers money...

I thought it was my VPN

Many of the users experiencing this mention using a VPN, so there may very well be a connection. Waiting until you have a problem and then temporarily disabling the VPN may not immediately solve the issue, though. You may have to forgo the use of your VPN if you want to be able to list on eBay.

Hi      thanks for your helpful reply

I finally after weeks got a 'live chat' Advisor who was excellent ad took  copious notes and I forwarded screenshots of 'HOME PAGE MISSING' and the others that keep happening when listing a single item OR 'Sell similar' listings . I pointed out it does affect the bulk listing of 200 or less.

He has forwarded all this to the Engineers but as I pointed out this has been going on for about 2months since Ebay offered free selling of clothes and put OUR prices up for listing/selling!

In his message he said that Ebay has been "incessantly" trying to revolve this issue.

I am not convinced . My feeling is the Site becomes overloaded and can't cope .... 

Let me know how it goes ....  We cant be the only ones with this issue!!!  Geoff
