I am having an ongoing problem listing items since about 4 days ago.  I have called E-Bay twice and spoke to two different people.  They both indicated there are technical issues and they were passing my info onto tech.

I can add the pictures, description and other details.  When I am done and ready to list the screen fades and freezes.  Sometimes a screen shows up saying "This page is missing. We looked everywhere".  It is accompanied by a small boy in an orange jacket.

I am so frustrated right now.  I have tried a different browser and cleaned my cache & history numerous times.

I NEED THIS FIXED YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This issue has been going on for weeks now. I still have the issue. I can list on my phone but not on my laptop....and I have tried everything. I have called Ebay 5 times and they are CLUELESS. It has something to do with updates that the Ebay server does not like....it ONLY happens when trying to list.

It is so random. We have been reading of these issues for months it seems.

I am using Windows 10 and Edge.  Never see much of a problem of any kind.  Been listing a lot lately, every day doing drafts now and uploading pics ready to go live when I come of Time Away. 

Hand surgery today to remove some hardware. Only cut it 4". Tramadol working great. Got 4 hours in after I got home.  No issues whatsoever with the listing tool.

Some users -- but by no means all -- seem to be having problems listing and getting a "where's all the stuff" error message.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it before beginning to list. That has worked for some users, apparently.

I have tried them all.....4 browsers, 2 internet providers, clearing cache\cookies, restarting....not using the VPN, forcing windows and Google updates.....even setting up a new network on my router.....still have the issue. The really odd thing is that if you try and upload one or two pics at a time it works fine. I used to have the issue only on  the pic...but now I have it on the Item Title AND now the Description. If I only type a word or two and save it, it is fine....if I go over that amount nit crashes....makes NO SENSE. My thought is a memory issue but not sure how that can be? It definitely has to do with an "update" that changed something automatically. Makes no sense why it ONLY affects the ability to list/save a listing. That really tells me it is an Ebay server issue not liking my computer for some reason and I have no idea how to fix it. Seems enough people have reported this that Ebay would figure it out by now....I guess they don't care about revenue as I too have listed VERY FEW items since this happened 4 weeks ago.

I have been having this problem for a month and finally (I am pretty sure) have gotten a solution.  I had tried all the things on your list in addition to changing browsers.  Nothing worked except listing on my iPhone. 

I spoke with an eBay rep today who was very helpful in saying that the problem is coming from THIRD PARTY APPS ON GOOGLE and their added security features.  He advised me to try listing on the INCOGNITO window, which bypasses all third party apps and their settings.  I did this and had success, proving that it was not an eBay issue.

I then went to my third party app list and deleted a few which were new and which looked "sketchy".  I restarted my computer and then was able to make a listing from my regular Google Chrome browser without a problem.  

I am hopeful that this is a permanent solution but know I can list on the Incognito window if I still have trouble.

Please let me know how it goes.

Same. It was happening last week and it's happening again. Makes it really frustrating especially since there are no alternatives. Wait a minute, I'm trying to list musical gear so bibi ebay, hello Reverb.

Reference Ebay Bug# EWATCHOP-32614 an acknowledged bug since mid-May that customer support reps don't acknowledge.  The Ebay description is: "Seller is unable to list or sell similar as they are getting error intermittently."  This has been ongoing for me intermittently since the end of 2023.  When this occurred I had to reboot only to have it reoccur and show the site not found message.  I have been advised for months that it is a known bug, but that not enough people have reported it so that it is not considered a site-wide issue.  Apparently, it was documented as a US and UK site wide issue in mid-May.  The projected fix is the latter part of August.  I have been unable to list properly for nearly 9 months now.  Promoted listings also are not promoting.
