i have a online website where i sell books and i also have sale other items on ebay. How can i take my 3000 + items on my website and be able to list them on my ebay seller account

You would list them the same way you listed your other items.

There are third party multi-platform listing management programs that may be able to help, but they will come at a price. Otherwise, the best way to move those items in bulk is to create a spreadsheet of items, populate all the particulars that eBay requires, and then upload that spreadsheet to eBay in the Seller Hub.

If you have a limited number of categories, download the category templates (spreadsheets) from eBay in the Seller Hub and look through the data that you would need to populate.  Most of the book categories should have very similar items specifics, so the templates (spreadsheets) for each book category would be similar or identical.
