I've recently bought several items and am trying to look at the tracking info for them.
The tracking numbers are showing on the app but they can't be highlighted and copied to be pasted into the relevant tracking websites.
They are underlined like they are a link but clicking on them does nothing.
One of them pops up a box asking if I want to go to the tracking website but all it does is open the Evri website, it does not transfer the tracking number.
Surely I shouldn't have to revert to pen and paper to copy tracking numbers?
This didn't use to be a problem so I presume its another update "improvement" to the app

As a workaround, try using a mobile browser to copy tracking numbers or track packages. The numbers can be copied in a browser. Slightly easier than using pencil and paper.
In the app, from the Track Package screen, scroll to the bottom and use the "How is this tracking experience?" link to report the broken link in the app. The more users report that, the quicker eBay will deal with it and get a new update out.

I've reported it on every item I've bought recently.
I deleted the app and logged in on my phone browser instead, although the mobile version has been messed with too.
As a mechanic I go by "if it isn't broken, don't try to fix it"... I wish ebay would do the same!
