issue with messages

Im not able to reply to questions on my items. It gives me an error page saying its not me its them but still nothing since early this morning.

Having the same issue. Hopefully eBay monitors these discussions and will fix it.

I called them this morning and they said they are aware of the issue and should have it fixed in 24 hours. I said its already been 24 hours. Its still not working.

I'm having the same issue. New eBay user, 0 feedback. What a way for them to be treated. They must think I'm a lousy seller.

Still having the issue. I was able to respond to someone after they won an item but not able to answer questions on items that are active.

Had the same problem for over 1 day.  What worked for me is using e-Bay application on an Android phone.  Was able to respond to a message there.

Going on 3 days that I am aware of.

I have  a list of over 25 customers and growing by the minute to whom I owe information and absolutely no way of contacting them.

And of course, no way to contact ebay about this.

I get a recording directing me to the website then it hangs up

Have you tried contacting those users directly through their feedback or profile pages?

I have been getting that error message. The workaround that I found is to go to the feedback page for the person that you need to message, and use  the "contact member" over on the right.

A bit of a pain, but at least I was able to message a potential buyer from that process so that they would not think that I was ignoring them.
