If you click on the link in my ebay sale banneer, it brings you to a prompt which states:

This store has no inventory available in your location...

how do we correct this?

The link you posted is for "sale event" items only; apparently you have no current sale events.

If I go to your store page, I see 1964 items you have for sale:

I see you have many items currently in an active sale event and I can replicate what you describe when I go to your store. You can report this issue to eBay by clicking on the ? in the lower right of the screen as shown in the screenshot below.

When did you launch the sale? Maybe it was new and hadn't finished indexing yet when you encountered this error?

I do not see the issue this morning. It looks like the OP made some changes to the banner and/or discount. I am not sure. Maybe the OP will share what they did to resolve the issue?

My guess is it was a brand new sale and hadn't finished indexing yet when you guys checked yesterday.

I just got off with ebay customer service and they said when a SHOP NOW banner link brings up the message "This store has no inventory available in your location" it is because we should never do "Start Now" on our sales events because it really does take between 12 up to 48 hours for the pricing changes to be "built into" each and every listing on the back end. So ideally we need to do the start time scheduled at least 12 but possibly up to 48 hours ahead of the actual start time of the sale event so the back side of the listings are able to get all pricing updated which will/should release the listings to be shown when the SHOP NOW button is clicked inside the sale banner in our store. Let's hope it is this simple 🙂 !!!
