You can use an ad blocker to block those rows from appearing on your Watch List.

Try adding the following line to your custom rules if you are using ebay.com:

www.ebay.com##DIV[class="recs-placements-container-inline"]

Thanks, that works fine, but the problem here is ebay of course. Please, tell them to **bleep** off with their super annoying "shop similar" buttons all over my screen.
