Hello to everyone

I facing a horrible problem

I created an account to buy tropical plants and i bought a product with my brother's prepaid card

At the second time that i tried that i couldn't

So i created my own prepaid card

Unfortunately i realised that the card was blocked by the bank due to this problem

Anyway i fixed that

Now i created a second account but i am still blocked from both paypal and ebay

Can anyone help me to reinstate the account
