free shipping option not working????

i keep trying to change one of my listings to free shipping and its not working??? is there a glitch somewhere???? anyone else having issues???

Did you first select Flat Rate shipping instead of Calculated?

nope! looks like it was some sort of glitch or something this morning as now it is working....made me so frustrated....
