I have been having a problem lately contacting buyers about their purchase/s. When I try to leave them a message, it says seller not found. What's the deal??

I cannot see how you could get a Seller Not Found message when obviously you are the seller. Are you trying to work on a mobile smartphone, or are you using a desktop/laptop? If the latter, are you using a Windows machine or Apple, and what browser are you using?
I'm getting the idea that somehow the site is losing your login, so you're trying to do a seller operation (such as sending a message to a buyer) when you are somehow no longer recognized as the seller.

Why do you want to contact buyers about their purchases? If they left feedback, you can leave it for them. Unless a buyer contacts you, there's really no need to contact them. (I've had buyers send a message to say they've received the item and are happy with it. I do respond thanking them for letting me know and I hope they enjoy the widget.)
I'm not sure what you mean by "seller not found" since you're the seller.
If you need to send a random message to a buyer, you can go to the order and in the dropdown box, find the "send message" button and contact them that way.

Hmm. I was just looking at your feedback page.
Are you referring to leaving a response to their feedback? If so, in each feedback, on the right side of the page, there's a "reply" button which you can press and thank them, as it appears you've done.
Is that what you mean?

How are you contacting your buyers? What page are you starting from? What link are you clicking? What do you see, exactly?

Have you changed your user ID recently? The embedded links in the Community post here for viewing your feedback or your listings have a stored user ID of "padarb-44" which must be manually edited to "pops_toy_garage" before the links will work. I'm wondering if the message that you're trying to send is attempting to set up padarb-44 as the sender ID (the seller), but failing to find it.
@buzzardslayer66 : Can you tell us in a bit more detail on what page you're located when you try to send the buyer a message? Does the error occur before or after you have typed in your message?

Good catch! That can definitely cause odd issues.
If you have not signed out of your eBay account since changing your username, try explicitly signing out of eBay, restarting your browser, then signing back in. That should allow the username change to propagate throughout your account.

I have always contacted a buyer after they make a purchase(s) to thank them and let them know when I will be shipping the package(s) I thought it was just a nice thing to do.. It seems they appreciate it because I always get a nice reply back..
