exclude shipping locations

I can't get to the "exclude shipping locations" page.  I go to;

"manage shipping options"

 "Exclude shipping locations"

"Edit"

Then I get a message screen that just sends me in a loop back through the same pages.

When posting an issue like this, it's best to include relevant information like:

I went into my settings via the path you mentioned above @msmadmary and found that through Firefox I can access excluded locations, but through Safari I cannot. I never had trouble editing shipping exclusions with Safari before today.

I am also having this problem. I tried on Chrome and Mozilla with no luck so far.

Yep, previously I could access via Firefox but not Safari.

I noticed yesterday that I cannot access with either browser. The problem has gotten worse.

I was going to update this thread but couldn't find it, so thanks for bumping it @juliettyanaluna0.
