eBay

can't find the options page for where I will ship internationally. ebay sends me in a loop. the page with the country options is no where to be found.

I can't get to the "exclude shipping locations" page. I go to;"manage shipping options" "Exclude shipping locations""Edit"Then I get a message screen that just sends me in a loop back through the same pages.HELP

Where do I manage what countries I will sell and ship to?
