error has occurred in the script on turbo reauthorization

I'm being prompted by turbo to reauthorize its use.  However.  I keep getting the message that an error has occurred in the script.  But whether I choose yes or no to continue running the script, I can't get past the message.

 

Any suggestions?

Try reposting on the Tools & Apps board. Turbo staff do monitor that board.
