error creating label

I'm having no luck printing a label for a sale. I keep getting the message "error creating label". Any suggestions?

Try back tomorrow as you can not ship today. Perhaps a little time will help as a lot of stuff on ebay has been lagging and having issues. In a pinch you can purchase at the post office or off of paypal then add tracking manually to the sold item.
