I have not received my return label that you said I would get. Then you sent me a download that won't work. I have tried to contact you but I find that not working. You got a good scam operation going.

eBay is not here; this is a user forum.

If you are having problem with a return label, make absolutely certain you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase.

Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.
