ebay won't print/reprint label. and I cannot void it, either.

Help!  I purchased a label this morning, and I paid for it via Paypal (I have the paypal email that proves I paid for it).  But after the payment screen it did not jump to the "print your label" window, and said there was something wrong.

Hours later, it still won't work.  I click the "REPRINT" button on the label, and it opens a new window and just spins and spins.  If I try to VOID the label, it says, "Sorry, the label could not be found."

is there a technical issue that I'm unaware of?  I can't find anything.  It looks to me like I'm screwed - I have no label to print/reprint, and I cannot void it, so I'm out $7.68; I realize that's not a ton of $, but it's not nothing.

if anyone can let me know what's going on, how do I proceed, etc...?  Do I have to go to Paypal to get a refund since I cannot void it within ebay?  Or should I wait and see if I can reprint it later tonite/tomorrow?  the 24 hours isn't up until like 10Am tomorrow (11/15/2020).

Try another browser.

Sometimes a browser update changes the default for opening pdfs -- check to make sure that pdfs are set to open using acrobat or your chosen pdf reader rather than trying to open in the browser using a plug-in. And check your downloads folder to see if the label is being saved there, rather than opening automatically.

still not working. I'm going to contact CS and see if I can get any answers. There was a message earlier that said their servers were down but when I check the status page it shows there are no issues. So I don't know.

If you are not in managed payments you should be able to print a label using PayPal.

Yes here also. Two weeks ago the same behavior with a twist but there was no record on Ebay side that there was even a label generated. So I called Ebay CS explained my problem but there were not helpful. I escalated and gave the person tracking number and the paypal id of the label transaction. Two days later I received a refund from Ebay to my Paypal account. I purchased another label and shipped the package to the buyer. 

This morning same thing but there is a record of a label but cannot reprint or void. I will call Ebay again. Escalation is necessary.

Follow up to my earlier post. I spoke to Ebay CS there are many sellers with this issue. There was no need for the escalation since he knew about the behavior and was able to issue refund. The Ebay technical team is aware and working on the issue.

did they mention what the problem is? last night i was going to print labels but when the print preview window popped up it always showed a blank page. and would "print" a blank page. i had to use the download option then print that.

same problem with the labels i had to print today.

Exact same problem. Still working on it - with great difficulty so far!
