Seller can't issue return ship label. I tried contacting Ebay Customer Service option " Have us call you". No returned call. Tried again, message "not available". Tried next option "Chat". Agent responded by generating "Resolution Decision" to return Item via ebay sent (not Seller sent) return label. Tried contacting Chat again. Chat "unavailable". Only option left was to "email us". Finished the email, pressed send, got message "We are not able to process your message. Please CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE". End result: Buyer unable to use Ebay system because all Customer Support is "UNAVAILABLE". Can anyone please help with this dilemma? Is this an ebay system hiccup or are these changes permanent? Thank you.

I think eBay have made some major changes and it's **bleep**d up a lot of peoples accounts, including mine. I don't think customer support have time to talk to you. I've been communicating with customer support every day for more than a week now, I spend about half an hour explaining my issues and nothing gets fixed.
