ebay standard envelope and the new listing tool

Cannot find the Ebay standard envelope choice for shipping stamps under $20 in the new listing tool.

1. Shipping on the new Ebay listing tool defaults to package--where is envelope?

2. Where is the standard envelope choice? Flat rate or calculated?

thank you.  am very familiar with the standard envelope  but there are new glitches with the new listing tool. They did finally have it show up but not under all eligible stamp categories and they changed it from a "letter" to a "package" without notice.  The new listing tool still needs work.

Anything further on this? I've been tied up in other things most of the Summer just selling what I had already listed. Got going again and I can't find the ebay standard envelope as an option, not willing to choose "economy" and offer free shipping unless I know I can choose the envelope shipping option so I guess for now I have to only list stuff that I can charge shipping for.
