ebay order print failure in EDGE but prints in Chrome

I am a manager for a car dealer who has experienced multiple issues in Windows 10 Pro dealing with Edge ...

The new issue is print failure in Ebay using EDGE... Ran test print perfectly outside Ebay....

I then opened Ebay in Chrome and every thing printed perfectly.... 

This issue is on multiple computers....

I would have to assume that your dealership is using a main computer which has not either updated Edge, Adobe, blocked adobe or pop ups etc.

Printing works great and has on my home laptop for the past 2+ years...using Edge only.

If you are using Microsoft Edge and having problems printing, try using Control-Shift-P to print.

I am also having the same problem SINCE we switched to Edge on my home PC...computer maint. checked the issue out, and the only way I can print is with chrome. Crtl+P does NOT work.

Same problem with Edge, seemed to start after latest Edge update to version 100.0.1185.50 (Official build) (64-bit). I tried Control-Shift-P, it does not work.

I even used chrome to print on saturday, so what happened, what should I do
