Adding checking account or some other way to get paid

I cannot add my checking account to eBay in order to get paid.  I see this same thing was going on about a year ago at this time.  I’d really like to get paid.  Can someone help me add or is there another way to get paid besides checking account.

I'm involved with this as a seller and got past the contractor help desk. EBAY as an issue and it appears I opened a can of worms.  They thought it was isolated to just me but then others are having the same issue. First of all I am in the information tech field and handle a vast array of technology. 2nd everyone is saying that the setup are case sensitive or because of a middle name...That's **bleep**! It may be true that your first name and last name need to match your bank but everything else doesn't. The plan fact is ebay is experiencing major issue and I will be moved to third level of support within a couple days....just confirmed.  So everyone having the same issue get past the contract help. They are doing their job so be nice and get past them to higher level.

Sorry, a checking account is the only way to be paid.

What problems are you having when you try to add a checking account?

Make sure the checking account is through a real bank.

Make sure the name on the checking account and your Ebay account match exactly.

Use a real street address, no PO boxes.

It is a real checking account.  2nd I'm being escalated to their third level support in a couple days....meaning their db's. Let me clarify things to you. Names are not case sensitive...nor is the middle name or initial involved.  Verified with 2nd level support. 3rd if there are unique keys it probably involves bank id numbers, social security, and birthdates. What is happening is the banks are acknowledge the request but its the ebay application thats not updated the profile. The push is happening but if it can't drop its data nothing happens and probably in sql or what ever language they are using isn't producing the alert.  from my second level contact there has been a flood of the same issue but I started it. Again I used 4 banks....give that some thought!!!

I did notice the people were having the exact same problem last May.  Almost one year ago exactly.  Coincidence???

I don't know if the names are case sensitive or not?

The middle name or initial will make a difference.

If your checking account is listed as John G. Doe, and your Ebay account is John G Doe or John Doe, that will make a difference.

Both accounts have to match exactly.

It appears that it is accepting my checking account until the end.

it asked me to log in to bank account. I do so with no issue.  Then it ask me to log into my eBay account and I do so.  But then it tells me “We have a problem, try again later”
