Why does one have to go outside of ebay to get information about claims filed on loss of ebay envelopes, one does not have to go outside ebay to purchase them? They request your ebay email address, yet one never gets any information about the claim(s). Going outside of ebay to sign up to or sign onto only adds to the risk of exposure or other issues. The claim filing and all information needs to be accessible within ebay's platform and not have to trapse around the net to get information needed...strange how everything can be processed within ebay EXCEPT when it comes to claim(s) outcome information, nor do they send anything concerning the outcome to the email address they requested...with the number of claims and issues with ebay envelopes, it gets confusing keeping track of what is what, muchless wasting time and potential exposure each time one has to follow up on a claim...
