Ebay envelopes are becoming a big pain...from day one, using the correct size, NON rigid envelope, placing label generated correctly on package 90% get where they are going no problem., however more and more are disappearing into USPS never never land (assuming that as there is no tracking info supplied, stellar idea there) or they come back from any number of excuses like "postage due" "return to sender" etc...now when shipping flat small decals 2oz so how does 90% go through and outside of a buyers address issue...is it a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing?, While not entirely an ebay issue, other than creating a system where they know tracking is an issue with buyers, would you create a system that gives no one tracking information. Buyers start asking where their item(s) are and sellers have no way to answer...and if you try explaining it they think you are nuts. Ground advantage Priority and even UPS have little if any issues other than taking scenic routes and get where they are going!
