ebay addresses format probolem with foreign addresses

I am so tired of ebay doignothig  about bad adresses.I have been after thewn foir many years.  A valid address that a buyer used shoudf aslo work in the USA......well tjhey do not

A kind CSR has tod me that when an addess is formatted for a counrty its given the OK for that country

ebay addresss shoud all work with pitney bowes in the USA bt they do not

why does an adfdress not work when its an offical ebay formatted address...its simple it does not work becuase its broken and has been for years..why doe ebay shipping cntiunue to ask me for a city or zippcode when they are just not used in my buyer address that I have shipped to for 20 years

they should take every singe address in Hong Kong and run them through PB.

how can you tell when its a fromat issue....it somple,just look for the words null and defalt  in the address.
