I just printed out a USPS Priority shipping label (TRACKING # 9405509699939410931331) for a package that is 7 pounds and 15x13x13 inches in size to a zone 5 address. THAT MAKES THIS A LARGE PACKAGE SUBJECT TO THE DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT SURCHARGE. I CHOOSE THE LARGE PACKAGE OPTION BUT THE LABEL WAS NOT MARKED WITH ITS DIMENSIONAL SIZE INFORMATION OR THAT IT IS SUBJECT TO THE SURCHARGE. And because eBay shipping gets lower than published Priority shipping rates for zones 5 and less, the USPS is not going to know if I paid the correct surcharge or not. This used to print out correctly but not anymore. I HAVE POINTED OUT THIS ERROR MANY TIMES AND EBAY STILL DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. WHY IS EBAY UNABLE TO CORRECT ITS UNENDING TECHNICAL ERRORS???? There is absolutely no technical support on eBay and this is hurting buyers and sellers alike.
