eBay searches for sold/completed items are not working

I have for several days been unable to do searches of completed items so I can determine what price to list the items I am selling. There does not appear to be a way to contact eBay to report technical problems.

In general, eBay's technical help is terrible.

I'm not experiencing the same problem right now, but I can suggest an alternate option: Product Research tool. It's more accurate than sold search results because it will show you real sold prices (ex: offers, etc).

What happens when you start with a search of active listings, and then select "sold items" or "completed items" from the "Show only" filter menu?

Are you using the app, phone or PC?

I've been checking solds last few days and haven't had any problems.

Have a great day.

Scroll down and check if the box for "by seller" is checked and your own user ID entered.   eBay has been doing this to me on and off for weeks now.

I just saw another thread about this specific problem, so you are not the only one experiencing it.

I found the other recent thread -- it may have some details that help.

Are you using Chrome? If so, I believe that switching to another browser may allow you to search without running into this issue.
