eBay pages keep freezing

eBay pages keep freezing, particularly when I search for an item in our own store it will come up with "page not responding". You can still move the page and the mouse cursor and go to different sites etc with no issues, but the eBay page you are on just stops loading only for eBay. This is happening on Edge and Chrome and I have already cleared cache & cookies.

Are you using the same kinds of add-ons in both browsers?

Any difference if you temporarily disable add-ons, or if you try another browser, preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed?

I hadn't changed anything. I called eBay and he was putting in a service ticket. Even when I am trying to list items it will freeze for 15 seconds a time or 2 while I am creating the listing. I am able to go to any other website even while that page is not responding and am even able to move that page up and down, it just stops loading the words/pictures, you can't click on anything on the page while it is not responding, then after about 15 seconds it will respond again and you can finish. So, it is just taking me longer to complete tasks.
