eBay order details not working

For items sold "order details" page not working - just returns blank page

Not working IE, Chrome, or Firefox

Have tried most of the links you suggested - all with same result - a blank page

Also deleted cookies & re-start computer

Nothing has fixed so far

Sounds like you have tried all the obvious things I can think of.

Using any common add-ons in those browsers? An overly aggressive ad blocker or script blocker might cause an issue.

Is there an alternative "order details" link on a different page? Or a different way to get the same info elsewhere? I am not a seller, so I am unable to recreate the issue myself or try any alternatives.

If you have the eBay app on your phone, that might allow you to check your orders, assuming you run into the same issue with a mobile browser.

It might be worth posting on the Selling board to see if others have encountered the same issue; another seller might have a suggestion or workaround, and the Selling board gets much more traffic than the Technical Issues board does.

Just did chat with eBay Help - turns out is issue with eBay system

"Thank you for waiting. As I have carefully checked on my resources, we are having an ongoing issue regarding Member is not able to view the view order details page."

Of course, eBay never posts a community announcement or alert about these types of issues to save their members and their help staff time - they just cover their corporate butt!
