Frozen Account

I am unable to do anything on ebay for the last 24 hours.  I can't buy, sell, list or revise.  I get the following error...one of many: 

 

" A hold has been placed on your eBay account. Our records indicate that your credit card has twice declined for payment, and/or your account is at least 60 days past due."

 

My account is not past due, it comes directly from a bank account (account has money) and a backup credit card.    I do not owe money and don't see any outstanding balances.    I called ebay and was on the phone nearly 3 hours (2 calls) after waiting nearly 3 hours total to be called.    I get limited trained employees on the phone, one working from home as I heard the babies in the background, only thing she could do was put me on hold and come back every 2 minutes.   Their solution was for me to wait 24-48 hours.    Contacting them was not only frustrating but a huge waste of time for all involved.    Now, it's the weekend, my ebay working time, and I can't do anything!   I can't even make a purchase!!!   I've been with ebay over 20+ years and this is how a long, good standing member gets treated.
