So, today eBay has not relisted my items as they are expiring; they are just staying on the listing page with no time left next to them. And if I look for those items in search, they are nowhere to be found. As if sales aren't weak enough. Happy holidays, everybody!

Thanks for checking Brian. It seems that it is now functioning correctly. I had to manually relist about 20 listings but the GTC listings are now doing it automatically again. Just a weird temporary glitch I guess. If it starts again, I'll return here.

I see you sell cloths and ebay has had a issue with that and a few other categories. They added mandatory item specifics and after the update that sent those changes live. Listings started to get ended that did not have those specific filled out. Then users found mot of the mandatory specifics were missing from the listing form. This caused them to not be able to be relisted. You should check your unsold folder that is most likely where the items went. Also go over your active listings and unsold items before you relist to make sure all item specifics are filled out.
This posting from ebay should help

Thank you for your reply. The listings technically aren't going anywhere--they are staying on the live listings but with no time specified as left. The listings are mostly jewelry, a few collectibles and some clothes. When I manually end them, I can relist them immediately with no changes needed to item specifics. They are just not relisting automatically and so, when I have to manually relist them, they lose all their watchers. This is not the item specifics problem but, alas, yet a new one for eBay to address. I thought I could report that it is happening here.

That sounds different you should call and report it good luck getting them to acknowledge it sound like they broke something else trying to make improvements.
They really should look into the break fix support concept. Basically it means thinking and testing things fully to make sure you know what it will do before you do it. It also means not making changes till you find the error is fixed. You duplicate the issue then once you have figured out the cause in a test environment run your fix and verify it worked right an only fixed the issue and did not create others.

I am having the same problem. The item stays on page 1 of my active page (when sorted by ending soonest). These listings were supposed to renew earlier in the evening but they are just hanging out at the top of page 1. Other stuff that was due to renew later has already been relisted. I noticed that the items that have watchers are the ones with the problems.
When I open one of the problem listings I see that my listing is live. However, it cannot be found in a search.
I hope ebay gets this sorted out because I have a bunch of listings that are due to re-list over the next couple of days!

From what you are describing then the only way the items can be found by new buyers would be through promoted listings. Call it a bug or glitch if the item were to sell then eBay comes out with extra money. Sure sounds like throttling pushing traffic in the direction that you will make more money.

Hi @bivy, I've checked your account and I'm not seeing any Active listings that have an empty 'time left' column. Can you let me know if this is still an issue? Thanks!
