Hi everyone. I used to have express payouts when it first came around. Then I lost my debit card and had to get new one, so I had to enter new card info in my payouts. It’s been months and I’ve never gotten my express payouts back, and I never get the notification to verify the card or bank account. I’ve tried removing the card and adding it again, no I’m not on daily payout schedule I’m on demand, I’ve called eBay twice over it and both times they don’t know what to tell me other than to wait and if there is still problems to call them back again. No resolution. Exact same thing in my husbands account. He signed up for express payouts, never received the verification email. We both gave up as it’s been many months but it’s still something that irritates me and I’d love to get it resolved. It seems to be a problem with many eBay users. I’ve tried mobile, I’ve tried website, I’ve tried the app, nothing works to make the verification issue resolve.
