eBay motors listing glitch with item interchange list

eBay motors listing glitch with item interchange list, the pop up box freezes and never loads, cant put any interchange listing for my parts. 

My watch list also no longer works, eBay says it is missing and no longer exists when I try to click on any feature on my watch list. 

Also having issues trying to log into my account, will not log on after typing password most attempts.

If you are using Internet Explorer, try another browser.

Users of IE11 are having many problems with eBay, particularly on the Watch List page. Firefox and Chrome are both popular browsers that seem to work much better.

If you cannot use another browser, try viewing your watch list items using your Summary page instead:

I have heard Chrome is even worse than I.E.11, but no problems with firefox, I can access my watch list through summary view, I saw your answer on another post, thanks.

I switched to Firefox and that fixed my log in and watch list issues, thanks for the advice...

However, I still cannot access the interchange category box in my eBay motors auto parts listing form, it still is a blank with no way to make an entry, my listing had zero page views in over a week other than my own attempts to correct the listing, I deleted the first version and started a new one, but without an interchange list it doesn't appear in search results. 

I used to have at least a few views per day on my worst listings in the past, this is ridiculous.
