eBay has changed results of "see other items"

Recently, eBay has changed the results you see when clicking on the link in a listing for "see other items", when a seller has a store.

When a seller has a store you get a new format list of other items (similar to store listings, but not the same), if they do not have a store, you get the usual list of other items. 

This results in two types of results being presented when clicking the same link on a listing, but depending on whether the seller has a store or not.

Is this intentional by eBay or is it a programming error?

Inconvenient workaround:

If you view the store owner's feedback page and click the "view items for sale" you get the usual list of other items.

I can't see that the "results" have changed, I'm seeing the same list of items......  But, as you say, on one they are now showing the store banner........   They are working on upgrading stores so this may be intentional...

For the first time in eons, eBay is paying attention to stores. They're making changes and working to drive traffic to storefronts. I'm sure this is an intentional change.
